My advice before trying some of the more potent drugs is to seek doctors advice and do plenty of research. These drugs are fairly new to the market and long-term research is not going to be available for some time. If over the counter medication doesn’t work for you then make sure you get all the facts before you start taking a drug that will only end up harming you even more in the long run.
