Reap What You Sow

It is an old saying that you reap what you sow; you get back what you give to others. This is what happens in a relationship. If you give love, care, affection you too will get that in return. If not, then you cannot expect that in return. Love and care in a relationship is not one sided. You cannot expect care unless you show some. We know that love is unconditional but if it is one-sided it does not last for long. If you are not faithful, forgiving, honest and do not show responsibility you definitely do not get it too.

Relationship is all about care, affection, forgiveness, responsibility, and honesty. If these things are lacking in your relationship then it is not a perfect relationship. To build a perfect relationship you have to be honest with your partner, have the ability to forgive and share responsibility. A relationship does not last long if there is no emotional attachment between the partners. Emotions work like magnets that hold the partners together. If you care for your lover, are worried about your partner and have respect then it is an indication of emotional attachment and it is necessary for a long lasting relationship.

The couples, who are close to each other, feel for each other and at the same time show their love and care. They never face shortcomings in their relationship as they are ready to forgive when any one partner makes a mistake. There relationship never fails as they are responsible towards each other and make every effort to give their best to their partner.

Love and romance disappears from your relationship if it lacks honesty and faithfulness. If you or your mate is not honesty with each other then you no longer feel the way you felt in the beginning. That love and romance vanishes like the fragrance from a decayed flower. Always remember that honesty and faithfulness are the base of a relationship. If you are not honest with your spouse then your relationship will not work for long. As sooner or later your partner will come to know about it and will definitely not feel like showing any trust in you. He or she too will not show any honesty towards you. The love that was there disappears and you do not feel romantic about each other. Your relationship turns out to be no more than a deceitful relationship. Always remember you get what you earn. If you are a good human being, are honest and faithful to your partner then your partner too will be same to you.

You get back what you put into a relationship. If you accept your partner with all the flaws and love your partner as he or she is then your partner too will overlook your defects and give you all the love and care that is required in a relationship. If any one of the mate finds faults with his or her partner then the other too out of irritation starts doing the same. It is very normal that you are good to those who are good to you. If someone is not good to you then you do not interact much with that person if not behave back in the same bad manner. So this is what happens in a relationship. If you are not good then your partner looses interest in you if he or she is not as rude as you.
