Vanishing Human

Being female and loving the outdoors I would spend a lot of time at the lake. This particular day at the lake I was with two friends sunbathing. A really attractive guy my age walked up out of no-where and wanted to talk to me about my puppy who I'd brought with me. I answered the basic questions, age, name etc.. I was kind of confused why my friends weren't joining in on the conversation- like he wasn't there- he was too cute to ignore, but they just kept talking to each other. After a minute or so they asked the time and after I turned to tell my friends what the guy had told me, he was gone... just like that! I looked & there was only water and land. There was no splash if he had gone back to swimming and no body on the bank. No trees or buildings to walk behind. Just VANISHED! I remember it well but they don't... like they didn't even notice the whole incident. He had black hair, white skin, VERY blue eyes and was very well mannered. Not the typical guy "hitting" on girls. It will remain a mystery unless other readers can shed some light. It's like my friends were in a trance- they don't remember anything.... about those few precious moments in time.
