The Secret of How to Get Unstuck

By: Richard D. Blackstone

The secret to getting unstuck is not outside of you, it is within you. You created getting stuck and you are the secret force that will get you unstuck. You are a fantastic creator with powers that allow you to be, do and have whatever you desire. You have tools that will guide you if you but let them.

Use the tools provided here and watch your spiritual growth take off by using spirituality information that is available simply by using the law of attraction.

Your feelings are one of those wonderful nonphysical senses that you possess at all times. Just like your physical senses, this nonphysical sense is interpreting the situation for you and flashing that information into your consciousness. That is what you feel. Just as your eyes flash a vision into your consciousness so do your feelings flash an emotional response into your consciousness.

This emotional response feels positive and good to you or it feels negative and bad to you. You have had enough of these throughout your lifetime to know the difference. Usually, you just dismiss these feelings and go with whatever you have conditioned yourself to accept by listening to other people, or the television, to determine what is best for you.

We know the feelings are there but we have conditioned ourselves to be lazy in their interpretations and have thus lost the benefit that these feelings provide to us. We turn them off. We are no longer conscious of them. We are sleepwalking through life.

Life provides these tools for us to use. It is a personal choice to use them or not. You are not required to use them. You are not required to do anything. You have free will to live your life in any manner that you choose. Isn't that cool? Every time I think or write these words I get this wonderful feeling of liberation and limitlessness.

Hey, did I just get a feeling? Should I think about that for a while and analyze it, or should I just go with it and accept it and use it? I guess I am at total choice.

So, the first tool available to us, to determine the truth of our experience, is to look to how we feel about it. This happens automatically. This feeling we get is something that happens no matter what. It is just there and then it is not there. It is a true feeling when it comes to us and we both feel it and use it, one way or another, or we don't.

The next test, to determine the truth of our experience, requires a little more conscious effort on our part but it is still internal to us and with us at all times.

This test requires that we consciously ask ourselves the question, “Does this serve me?”
Do you see the power in this question? How do you feel about this question? Answer that to yourself right now. Don't analyze it. How does it feel to you? Positive or negative? “Does this serve me?”

Yes, it's true that this question requires you to wake up and be conscious because you can only ask this question and answer this question by being conscious of the question. If you could consciously make it a habit to ask yourself this question whenever you need to make a major choice in your life, can you see how you could benefit from your answers?

You would benefit in two ways. First you acknowledge to yourself the fact that you are awake and aware enough to remember to ask yourself the question. This benefit alone is worth the effort because you would consciously know that you are taking conscious action to improve your life.

Wow! You are taking conscious action to improve your life. Just like reading this article and others like it, you have to do this stuff consciously. The only way you can continue to ask yourself “Does this serve me?” is to be conscious of your promise to yourself to do so. The only reason you would make such a promise to yourself is if you saw the benefit of doing so. The benefit of doing so would have to serve a purpose and the purpose you would be serving is the improvement of your life.

You are at choice. To improve your life or not improve your life. To continue to be a sleepwalker and accept what life throws at you, or to walk in awareness and consciously create the life of your intentions and desires. It is entirely up to you.
