Spirituality Information: Understanding Requires Desire and Responsiblilty

The reason you use the law of attraction is to better understand whatever it is you desire to be, do or have. Your spiritual growth is entirely dependant on your level of understanding.

The ability to understand the true nature of how things work requires two things from you.

First, you must desire to understand things at a conscious level.

Second, once you have developed your understanding at a conscious level you must take responsibility for all that comes along with this understanding.

Desire:

By reading this article, you are demonstrating your desire to reach clarity through understanding. This desire is personal. It can only come to you from within. Each of us has an innate yearning to know ourselves but most of the human species gets so caught up in the illusion of life that we place most of our emphasis on the material aspects of life and give short shrift to the question of “Who am I?”

We let other people dictate to us who we should be and then wonder why our lives seem so inconsequential. It is only when we wake up to the spirit side of our beingness, which is always there asking us for clarity, that we begin to develop this concept called a desire to know and understand who we really are and what our role, as human beings, really is.

Adventures in the physical aspects of life are rewarding in their own right but there is no greater adventure than the exploration of ones own beingness. The rewards of following this path go beyond material riches to a level of living life in a manner that allows you to experience and enjoy anything that you desire (including material riches, if you so desire).

This desire for understanding comes in the form of a thought. Everything starts with a thought. Every person receives this thought but it is up to each individual person to choose whether to pursue the thought. The choice to pursue this thought fuels the fire of the desire and allows the process to begin.

You must allow the process to begin. You must be open to the changes that accompany such a life changing decision. The strength of your desire will carry you through those changes or allow your desire to fizzle. It is your choice each step of the way.

The good thing about it is that once you have put that desire out there the universe is at work to bring understanding to you. It's not going to come to you in one big lump sum. It is a process.

Understanding begets more understanding that opens doors to larger understandings that take you on paths of deeper understandings that …..You get the picture.

It is a process. A never-ending process. It is the process of life with enormous meanings and implications for you. The grandest implication is the second thing required by an understanding of the true nature of how things work.

Responsibility

You must take responsibility for what you do in life with this newfound understanding.

Now that you have a basic understanding of the true nature of how things work, you can no longer believe that you are not responsible for what happens in your life.

With understanding you know that you are the cause of everything that happens in your life so you need to acknowledge that fact and be responsible for your creations.

This may seem like a burden at first glance but the more understanding you gain the more you realize that this is the ultimate blessing.

All you need do is create the life of your highest imaginings and then look back on it with pride and tell yourself that you created every bit of it. Actually, you can do that right now.

When you understand and know that you have created your life with the thoughts you think, the words you say and the actions you take, you begin to realize the value of living your life consciously. This conscious living continually keeps you aware of the life process and allows you to use it your highest benefit.

You have free will to create whatever you desire but higher understanding allows your desires to be in alignment with the grandest vision of yourself that you can imagine.

Desire the understanding, understand the process and take responsibility for your creations. Wow! You are there. And of course, there is right here, right now, in this present moment.
