Reputation--Part 2

By the way, I never ask you to sacrifice anything for me…did you know this? No, I was taught in my Christianity that the sacrifice of one’s self was true dedication to you. Yes, my son I am aware of your religious background and what others have said about me. Do you want to know the truth? Yes, of course God I want to know the truth. Okay, the truth is I never require any sacrifice of anyone because I don’t need any sacrifice…it means nothing to me…only to you, and others, who have made a belief system around this idea.

Wow, God…no one needs to sacrifice anything to you? Nope. I don’t require, or need any of it. Well, then God why did you say that Abraham had already sacrificed Isaac up to you and then you asked him to consummate the act of sacrifice on Mount Moriah? Good question my son. Let me ask you a question first…Okay, go ahead God. Do you think I know things before they actually happen? Well, I have been taught from what I think again is scripture, that you know things before I even ask. Is that true? Yes, my beloved that is true. And, so my point my beloved…I know things before you do because I put them in your mind and you think they are your thoughts.

Wow, really God. Yes. I put this idea of sacrifice in Abraham’s mind first even before Abraham had any perceived knowledge of it. I knew Abraham’s heart Scott. I knew he had waited so faithfully for the promise of what I had put in his heart for so long; to have an heir of his own. He was so in love with his son Isaac he would have gladly died in place of him had he been able to have done so. In fact, what the scriptures don’t tell you is that he offered this in consideration to me when I first asked him to go through with the act of sacrifice. He did? Yes, he asked, and begged me in fact to not have him do this, and that it would not only break his heart, but that of his wife Sarah. He asked that I take him instead of Isaac his son to be the sacrifice. Wow, I did not know this God. Yes, my son, now you do.

And so, Abraham had already in his heart sacrificed his son Isaac to me, even before I asked him to complete the sacrifice. God were you testing him? Not a test Scott as you have been taught again. What do you mean God? You have been taught by your religion that the testing was to see if Abraham loved his son more than me right? Yes, that is what I thought too. No. That is not the test. The word is prove. I was proving Abraham like a blacksmith proves the strength of a horse—shoe. The proving was something I knew already that Abraham could endure. And, in fact, before Abraham came to this earthly experience he knew already and approved of an assignment like this. He was up to it even though he had no direct consciousness of it. It was hidden from him like I hide a lot of things from your consciousness too Scott. This hiding stuff from you is not because I am secretive, but only to protect your earthly experience and not to skew it in any way.

This is what the earthly experience is really all about. You have assignments that coordinate with your soul’s yearning and purpose. Your soul knows this goal full well…even though today you are not fully conscious of it my child. You have the power and authority from me to not go through with it. You even have my permission to “blow” it as you would say. Nothing is ever wasted with the divine. Remember, if you don’t fulfill your souls desire in this lifetime, I will give you as many as you need to finally complete this soul purpose. You will? Yes, time is in my hands and now it is on yours. There is no time with the divine. It is only meaningful on this dimension that you exist in on your planet. Time is only a fiction. Something you humans value a lot. What would you do without your watch Scott? Probably miss a lot of important appointments God. Scott, keep your watch then…you will need it for this earth you exist on. I just want you to know it does not exist with me…past, present and future are all in the now… the present… and they always have been. It is just your human perception that time even exists. This is why the term eternal and eternity cannot be grasped by your human mind…only by the divine mind, the mind of God.

Back to Abraham Scott. Okay God. Abraham from a human perspective would have been classified in his day, or your day and time, as being absolutely asinine and crazy. Would you agree my child? Yes, God. Think of yourself for a minute Scott, what if you decided to go up on some mountain and sacrifice your own offspring up to God? Say, you actually consummated the act. What do you think would have happened to you my son? I would have been classified a maniac who was out of my mind and insane. Exactly. How would I have viewed you my beloved? I hope with love and grace my God. Scott, I would not tell you to do this as I don’t require any act of sacrifice from you…even the smallest thing. I appreciate a heart of sacrifice, but it is never a requirement, or condition of my acceptance and love of you, or anyone of your brothers and sisters of earth.

Scott, know this…no matter how the world, your friends, acquaintances, or business associates view you…I see you as a champion of the faith. You do? Yes, I do. I believe in you my son more than you believe in yourself. If you would believe more in you, and not worry about the perception of others outside of yourself you would be congruent and in harmony with your true soul’s purpose and design. Most of the work I am doing on you today, with the help of your guides and angels, is to get you to believe in yourself. You want to believe more in me than in you…and we are one. So, believing in you, is believing in me.

Scott, every man, woman and child that ever lived on this planet had to come to this awareness that what mankind thinks of you, and what I think are in two different worlds, so to speak. The ego way, is man’s way of relating with the divine, without any enlightenment of the soul. Once, one wakes up and becomes awake to the soul, which is always connected to me, then the “light bulb” inside is turned on. The light bulb must come on and awareness start before you can give up the ego—life you have learned so well.

Scott, this might surprise you and your listeners or readers but don’t be as concerned as what I think, as what you think about yourself. Thinking of yourself in harmony with my thoughts are a good thing. Just know that you in life, are doing more proving to yourself, than you are too me. You are proven as far as I can see. You just need to convince the self of it. Learn to trust yourself even when everyone doubts you or does not agree with you. You are the most important part of the equation…only you. What others think, you cannot ever control, so just get over it, and start living your life in Spirit. One day, it will be made clear to all where you heart really is. I know your heart my beloved…and I am truly in love with it…every bit of it…it is all mine.
