Rebuilding The World One Free Spirit at a Time
Editor's Note...
Dear Free Spirits,
Even with the difficulties we have had trying to put the mailing of this
newsletter on auto-pilot we have had a great response with new subscribers,
thank you every one. I am really very inspired by this and as a result am
looking for new FREE things to pass on to you, so hang in there.
If you
have been following my channelled page you know that Joseth is the entity that
comes through me on a regular basis. Recently Joseth hinted that I may want to
start another web site and new articles that would be directed towards people
that are just awakening and need some guidance, without offending them or their
current beliefs.
Hmm... do you think he was talking about my present site? I have had some
comments in the past about how some of the concepts are a little difficult for
some to understand or may scare others away from the site. I have given it some
thought and I was prepared for this some time ago and have three others sites
that I have started to develope.
Joseth also promised some help or guidance from another that he was
sending my way. If that is you and you are familiar with klienwachter.com
and want to participate in a new project, I am just about ready for you. The new
site will be more relaxed and less intense, designed for those that are just
getting their feet wet. If you have some ideas and experience with a need to get
involved and want to kick them around, please

Why are
we trying so hard? It is like we are in a race to get somewhere and we don’t
even know where that is anymore. We have lost contact with spirit and the
purpose we have given our lives and we are going around in circles chasing our
tails.
I know better and yet I must catch myself from time to time and ask
myself-why? The harder I try the less effective I am in manifesting what I
desire. In the moment that I give into the system and stop trying to control it,
the easier it gets.
I sometimes try to fool myself and say I need to know how it works so
that I can pass it on to my readers and my ego really believes that. The fact is
I discovered the secret long ago and have written many articles about it. I
exposed the secret to manifesting and have demonstrated how it works effectively
and I still constantly try to control it. I have learned but have not fully
appreciated that there is nothing I have to do.
Survival is guaranteed as long as you know that it is so. Love,
abundance and happiness are just a thought away, yet I insist on going through
all the physical manifestations to make it happen. Life is so very easy once you
begin to let it happen—once you know what it is you want to experience.
It doesn’t appear to be the human thing to just let things happen. We
need to know how it happens and why, we need to be in control and move past
ourselves, to be greater than all that we know, to be God!
In an effort to be God we have forgotten that we already are--that all
of us are a piece of that which we call the creator and we are driven to prove
it physically. It just doesn’t appear to be enough to know it, but we must be
able to prove it. It is the human thing to look for purpose in our lives, and
yet we look outside of ourselves to others for definition. We have forgotten
that it is our ego that attaches purpose to our existence and has nothing to do
with life. Life is purpose unto itself, it is self evident, its only purpose is
to “be.”
It is in those moments that we let go, that we find the inner peace
that we search for. It is a moment of surrender and knowingness that life will
take care of itself. It is not about giving up, but giving into the process that
will bring us what we desire. It is when we have this glimpse into our inner
being that we realize that there is nothing to fear, nothing to worry about and
nothing to want. We try to fool ourselves and say that rest comes in death, but
death is just another beginning and a repeat of the former life if we have not
yet learned how to give into the rhythm of life that moves in and out with each
breath of air that we take. Our bodies have learned to surrender to this
automatic, natural movement and sustain itself until a new thought comes along
that ends it.
It is in the 65,000 or so thoughts that we have every day that try to
take control that causes the confusion. It is poor choice and alienation from
what it is that we desire and wish to experience in this lifetime that leads us
to a life of struggle, disappointment and a sense of un-fulfilment. The truth is
that we have made our lives too complicated within our ability to be effective.
It is when we move within our own rhythm or the beat of our own drum
that we can truly enjoy life. Life is not in competition with life, and it is
glorified within the ability to adapt and harmonize with the environment it
finds itself. As one finds peace within oneself, he/she will find peace in all
the things that are manifested into their lives, because peace is what is
manifested first.
A person does not have to walk around in long, saintly robes through
flower beds to demonstrate inner peace. Peace can be found on the corporate
ladder as long as one is in tune with their natural abilities and are acting
selfishly to manifest their lives in harmony with spiritual awareness.
To balance one’s life, you must look inward, and forget about what
people have told you about yourself and what your purpose is. Discover yourself
as if for the first time. Acknowledge what brings true happiness into your life,
what you like and don’t like. Learn to act intuitively and in harmony with the
purpose that you have defined for yourself. Learn to be flexible and know that
your purpose and truth will change from time to time, acknowledge that life is
constantly moving as does your environment and belief systems.
Immediately drop the concepts of “right and wrong,” “good and bad.”
Replace those perceptions with “what works,” and “what does not work.”
Understand that there is no reward for living a virtuous life, nor is there any
punishment for living an immoral life, except for that which you bring upon
yourself either way. Heaven and Hell are places in your mind and are experienced
by you before or after death because that is what you believe.
Peace is also a place in your mind and you demonstrate it in physical
life by doing peaceful things. All of physical life is just a manifestation of
your own thoughts. You create all the circumstances of your life; you are not a
victim of it.
Choose what you want to experience. Take responsibility for your life
and your death and you will have made the connection to the power that is
rightfully yours. Know also that death is not an escape but a rebirth into
another life that takes over where you left off in this one.
Life is easy or hard as you determine it, it is your thoughts that
lead you to demonstrate physically how easy or hard it is.
Peace, love and abundance are yours the very second you believe that
you have these things. And from that moment on it is all you will bring into
your life until your thoughts change again. You cannot ever find these things
until you know that you have them.
I cannot stress long and hard enough how powerful your words are.
Listen to your choice of words when you speak and you will have a pretty good
idea why your life is the way it is. You must learn to control what you say and
use the best words that you know to demonstrate what you are thinking. Do self
analysis on yourself and be your own therapist. Your words say it all and they
will not lie to you.
If your words point away from you then you have not taken
responsibility for yourself and have given up your power to others. You are not
living your life according to you. You are somebody’s shadow and you do not
exist except behind the image of another and the sun can never shine on you.
There is never a price to pay for possessing true power, which is seen
in the eyes of those who don’t have it. Power can not be taken from you, it can
only be given. Because there is really only one soul and not individual souls
there would have to be complete co-operation between the two parts in order for
any event to happen. Your right hand cannot slap the left unless this agreement
is there. There are no innocent victims. Everything has purpose and chance is
just failure to recognize the obvious—that you create all the circumstances of
your life.
Know this one thing—hope, faith and trust are steps in the future to
knowing and it never comes. If you want it all now… “know that you have it.”
Take responsibility for your life and your death now, and you will
assume the power that you so desperately seek. Do not victimize yourself, which
is also a choice that makes you powerless. You do not have to live “long” to
prosper, you need to live “well” to prosper, so live well and prosper.

Living Authentically in a Masked World
By Delores Williams
Humanity seems to be the only species that never seems pleased with its own.
People tend to spend the majority of their life living up to an illusion that no
one has ever been able to attain. It is the illusion of perfection. The problem
is, that is a course that is marked with failure and pain. Someone came up with
the concept that people should be wafting through the fields picking lilies and
singing songs of the angels. If you stay on this course you will never measure
up. You were not meant to.
There are too many people walking around under condemnation by this illusion.
They feel they have failed at the game of life. It is not true. You have not
failed. You cannot fail at something that is unattainable. Instead, you should
be pleased that you got as far as you did. There are many that check out of this
life because they refuse to fail at anything. Lets talk about how you can live
authentically with the life you have.
One, you must make the decision to live in the moment. We have too many who are
living in the past, with its mistakes, or in the future, with its uncertainties.
In order for you to be authentic, you are going to have to take the proverbial
bull by the horn and live in the here and now. We all know that we cannot change
the past, yet many of us have set up camp there in hopes that we can make sense
of it. Then there is the other group that is off to a time that hasn’t happened
yet. Neither group is useful. Life is happening now.
So, how do you live now? Start by taking off the mask. Admit that life hasn’t
been what you expected and then forgive yourself and God. Yourself, for chasing
an illusion, and God, for blaming Him when it didn’t happen as you expected.
Second, Be honest with yourself. Honesty is a lost commodity in the era we live
in. People love to lie. The only problem is that you take your lies internally
and they judge you. You might say, “I don’t lie.” Let’s take a short quiz.
1. Do you make promises to yourself that you don’t keep? (I’m going on a diet.)
2. Do you make promises to others that you don’t keep? (I’ll be on time.)
3. Do you tell others what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear
out of fear of repercussions?
4. If you asked your closest friend if you were an honest person how would they
answer?
We lie without thinking about it because that is what we are conditioned to do.
We soften them by calling them little white lies. A lie is a lie. Of course,
there are the other extremists who lack tact in their honesty. They try to
belittle people. Both sides are not good. As you start living authentic you must
make honesty your priority. Why? How can you be honest with someone else if you
are not honest with yourself? Further, you project it onto other people. By
projection, I mean that you put the burden on another person to be what you
cannot be. You will find fault with the person who is just a mirror of yourself.
Since you do not have the compassion to love the shadow of yourself, you will
not have compassion on the other person. Let me give you an example, I have a
friend that is a procrastinator to a fault. It used to aggravate me until I saw
I was the same way. When I dealt with that aspect in myself her procrastination
no longer bothered me.
Jung says, “Man turns a blind eye to the shadow-side of human nature. Blindly he
strives against the salutary dogma of original sin, which is yet so prodigiously
true. Yes, he even hesitates to admit the conflict of which he is so painfully
aware.”
Third, is what I call the peel and reveal method. You have to go down into the
depth of your soul and find the parts of you that you thought were not good
enough to exist. This is intense, but the only way I know of to let you know
that the world is waiting for the person you were originally created to be. That
person has something to offer humanity, not the person that you pretend to be.
Many of you are so miserable that you go home and cry through the night. You are
holding on by a thread because you don’t know if you can keep this illusion
going for much longer. I promise you if you will do the work it will be worth
it. I have been where you are, so I know from whence I speak.
How do you peal and reveal? I recommend you get a journal that is for your
eyes-only. Write down the five things that you hate about yourself. For example,
angry, hostile, pessimistic, etc. Then write down what is good about those
aspects. This will take some searching, but I promise you there is a hidden
gift. Part of it is just the idea of admitting that you hate something about
yourself. When you get rid of the secret you get rid of its hold on you. What is
hidden will ultimately be revealed, so why not reveal it on your terms. There is
a saying, What you don’t own will own you. We all have heard of the guy who is
real sweet but sometimes beats up his wife. This is what hiding anger does. It
comes out explosively and towards someone else.
Some people recommend that you ask your friends and family to help you with this
project. I do not advocate this for most people because some people have lived
their lives based on what others will think or have thought of them. It is time
for you to come face to face with you. Besides, in the end it really only
matters what you think of you. Others can project, but you must accept it. So
peal back the mask and see yourself for who you really are.
Fourth, forgiveness is an essential part of living authentically. You have to
forgive yourself for lying. This is tough to do especially when you know some do
not deserve our forgiveness. The strange thing about forgiveness is that it is
not for the other party, but for you. I like to live by the premise of keeping
short accounts. What offense is worth your peace? The biggest revelation to me
was that there was very little that I was willing to lose my peace for. I want
to be better not bitter. Make that your goal as well. Bitterness is a cancer
that needs to be cut out or it will destroy you.
Forgiveness does not mean that you have to let the individual have the same
relationship with you as before the offense. It does mean that you will not hold
it against them. Over time some will earn the privilege of being a friend again,
but trust must be earned. For example, If a dog bites you, you may forgive it,
but that doesn’t mean you want it around.
Finally, authentic living requires letting go. You must let go of the illusions,
the past, the lies, and the audacity. The audacity to believe that there is
something wrong with everyone, but you. All of it has to go. Deep down you know
the truth. You are afraid that somehow you will give away your secret or worse,
that someone else will expose you. What is the secret? You are a fraud. You are
pretending to be something you are not and denying who you are.
Authentic living is tough. It requires you to go into yourself and pull out the
junk, so you can find the precious stone. It is not for the weak or those who
are looking for a quick fix. Authentic living is a lifestyle and it takes time
to develop.
So don’t be afraid of failing or missing it, because the only time you fail is
when you have the information yet choose to remain the same.
