Good morning Joseth, good morning Roy.

   Roy, you are trying too hard. Relax, you are taking this whole manifesting thing away too seriously. I know you are conscious of what you are doing, because you want to pass the information on to others. You can accomplish that, simply by being an observer and letting go.

   You manifest very well. Many things that you do not want. In so doing, your thoughts are interfering with what it is you are trying to accomplish. You are coming up with all sorts of reasons for perceived failures.

   Roy, there are no failures, there are only changes in a thought process that gets in the way of the process. You come up with a thought about something that you desire, the process quickly reacts, then you change your thoughts about it and try to reason why you can’t have it now.

   You are sending out confusing messages. The shortest distance between two points, is in a straight line, but you are zigzagging all over the place. Empower me to give you what you want, trust that I will and stop giving me directions.

   A short note Roy, you are doing what you accuse your employer of. He empowers his employees to do a thing, then stands over them, giving different commands. He gives the power then takes it away. He does not allow for the individuality of the person to manifest the results he wants. He wants things done his way. He wants control. This is what you are doing, trying to control. The method is more important than the result. You have been saying that for some time. You are doing the same thing with me. You empower me, then change your mind, because you do not see the result happen in the fashion and time that you believe it should be done. Then you begin to think that it is not going to work, that becomes your new thought process, it’s not working and that is what you immediately create, it doesn’t work.

   It’s not that you are a poor manifestor, Roy. The opposite is true, you are a great manifestor. The situation is, that you have poor control over your own thought processes. You have all the tools you need to make it work for you. Stop trying to control. Choose what you want. Put the key into it, turn it on, and watch the magic happen. Stop thinking about the process, know that it is already working before you have commanded it to. Get the hell out of the way and let me work.

   Short term decisions and choices often interfere with long term plans. There is more than one way to get what you desire. It doesn’t have to be your way. I will get you there quicker. If you insist on taking the long way, there are going to be many turns and adjustments. If the process is more important than the destination, you will never arrive in a hurry.

   In the end it doesn’t really matter whether you start out on your right foot or you left, if you don’t lose sight of your destination. Roy, I am going to quote you here. "Know what you want, then get the hell out of the way and let the system work."

   We are spending entirely too much time on this. Make it happen, Roy.

   On a different note, your new home page is more effective. It is a fine example of how you can work hard to set something up, then allow the process to work. Your unique visitors are going up every month. You have developed a loyal readership. Your goal is very clear in your mind. Keep it that way. Don’t change your thoughts, give the process whatever time it needs to make magic.
