Good morning Joseth, good morning Roy.
Roy, I want to talk about sleep and
dreaming. Sleep is something that all living things have in common. Sleep is a
time of rejuvenation for the body. In rest, the body has time to concentrate on
healing itself. Poor sleeping habits result in illness, so the body must
regenerate.
Your soul does not require the same
physical rest. It does not sleep. At the time of sleep your soul leaves the
body. Your soul is so confined in the body and longs to be free from it. As your
soul leaves your body in your dream state, it expands and feels the freedom that
it once had. During this period of freedom, it travels to several different
dimensions. Your soul is part of a group or spirit family that shares a
commonality and is in constant contact with each other. Information is shared.
Problems are worked out in this group.
Because the soul group exists in several
dimensions of time and space, all existing simultaneously, your physical mind
has difficulty interpreting it in human physical terms. In your dreams, these
interpretations are seen as symbols, that may exist in your past, present or
future. Weird shapes and circumstances that have little meaning to you on a
conscious level are experienced, that is why your mind shifts so quickly in your
dreams from one experience to another. Your mind is trying to make sense of it
in human physical terms.
Personal problems that you are currently
having are being worked out in this dream state. They are being collaborated on
by your multifaceted soul group, sort of a family meeting. Studying dreams can
be quiet enjoyable and educational. In more practical terms you can make use of
your dream state and your connections with your soul group in asking for help to
work out solutions for problems you may be having. You can ask for this help
before you go to sleep. The answer will be made aware to you, sometime during
the day. With practice and some awareness, you will be able to witness some of
these segments being worked out for you in your dreams.
As you may be aware of, I belief that
spirituality must have practibility in my conscious life. I must be able to use
my awareness of my dream state to help create what I desire in my conscious
state. The dream state is such a resource. I have kept dream diaries, and I know
I can see patterns, that I can relate to.
I have not had enough experience
interpreting my dreams, but my awareness is increasing and I am getting answers
during the day, and most often during my writing period in the morning.
The dream state is a wonderful forum for
working things out in a safe environment. It is useful and practical and one of
the most obvious and ignored resources for you. It’s a wonderful tool that
requires practice to make good use of it. Those that fear their dreams in a
conscious state, will experience that fear in the dream state. Those that open
their minds and accept their dreams as positive, will open a door to unlimited
knowledge and experience. All is possible in a dram state, all can be
experienced. The impossible can be tried, recreated and experienced. Dreams can
be run and re-run and orchestrated by you. Lucid dreams are very exciting, and
opens channels that you would never think possible. It’s a huge play ground with
no rules, and a safe environment.
Become active in your dreams, and watch
the changes in your life. There is tremendous growing potential for you when you
are nourished by your dreams.
